WEAVE will use the B.O.S.S. funding to train and employ staff responsible for implementing the Allstate curriculum. Funds will be allocated to partially cover salaries of employees participating in the curriculum training, as well as to quarterly meetings with the Partnership. Funds will also be allocated to direct curriculum implantation and related case management.
WEAVE will integrate the B.O.S.S. initiative into its Safehouse skill-building and job-readiness program; a program designed to strengthen the economic capacity of domestic violence survivors participating in their new Second Step Transitional Program.
